We also collect basic website usage data such as pages visited and device type via standard analytics tools.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver services, process payments, manage client accounts, send project updates and improve our website. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Chat conversations

Our website and client portal include a chat assistant. When you use it, we collect and store the messages you send, any name, email address or other details you share in the chat, and basic information such as the page you were on and the time of the conversation. If you are signed in to the client portal, chats are linked to your account so we can see your history and follow up.

Chat messages are answered by an AI assistant and may also be read and replied to by Allinta. Message content is processed by our AI provider to generate replies and is stored securely in our database. We use these transcripts to answer questions, support your project and improve our service. Please don't share passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive personal information in chat. You can ask us to delete your chat history at any time by emailing hello@minimalmedia.co.

6. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers for hosting, payments (Stripe), email, analytics, AI chat processing and customer accounts (Supabase). These providers have their own privacy policies and are bound by appropriate data handling obligations.

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
